Education and integration

CEFISE compound is 1800m² in area and consists of:

A general education leading to the achievement of the First Cycle Diploma of Studies (BEPC)
A preschool section divided into three integrated small, medium and big.
A primary school with 10 classes (from CP1 to CM2 with 100% of success since 3 years for the Subsidiary school).
A general education (class 6 – class 2)
A technical professional education (class 2 – final class)
Auto-mechanic, electro-mechanic (CAP)
Electricity; maintenance of automobiles (BEP)
Electro-technical (BAC F3)

With a view to reaching disadvantaged areas whose educational needs are significant, we boasts two annexes in Ouagadougou called BENAJA: one in sector 17 (6th et 2nd classes) and one in sector 28 (two classrooms for deaf children of different classes: (CP1-CM2).

In order to achieve the specific objectives, CEFISE provides its pupils with: An apprenticeship and support program comprising:

Orientation and placement in professional training and apprenticeship centers Support in terms of job creation
Placement and monitoring of deaf people in workshops.

Now CEFISE provides its pupils with a new program: The accounting.

Hearing Disorder Dictionary

The dictionary was designed for hearing disorder and will be used as a guide for teachers, parents; friends of people with hear loss, social and legal institutions of the State, and all other people maintaining the industrial relationships with this type of disability. The use of this dictionary is quiet easy due to the alphabetical order of the words and multiple information on: verbs, adverbs, the type and numbers of names and adjectives of selected words of the same group, the positions of the hands, the synonyms of signs, the imaging, the pictures, the definitions of selected words and their different meanings. Dedicated by the Minister for basic Teaching and the Elimination of illiteracy (the ones taking care of the book printing) CEFISE/Benaja came up with initiatives such as sensitizing and training families of the usual and religious administrative authorities political thus understanding the needs, the potentials and the rights of disabled persons in general and particularly defective auditory.
